In accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, food products with normal expiration dates and of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
Food products of substandard quality (defective, spoiled) may be exchanged or returned if their quality was compromised due to the seller’s failure to comply with the terms of sale.
This applies to cases where the product was defective from the outset, rather than having been damaged during transportation or while in storage at the carrier’s facilities.

If the return is made at the customer’s request and the item is of acceptable quality, the refund amount will be reduced by 2.2% (Monopay fee for payments made through the website).
If payment was made via bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded.
If the order total is 2,000 UAH or more and shipping was free, the recipient pays for round-trip shipping.
