1. General Provisions
1.1. A Healthy Choice gift certificate is an electronic card of a specified denomination that entitles the Holder to use it as a means of full or partial payment for goods from the Seller’s online store’s product range. The gift certificate cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates or goods included in discounts or promotions, unless otherwise specified in the terms of such promotions.
1.2. The Buyer is the person who purchased the Healthy Choice gift certificate. The Buyer has the right to transfer the gift certificate to third parties, informing them independently of the certificate’s validity period and terms of use.
1.3. The Seller is not liable for the use of the gift certificate by third parties and does not verify the legitimacy of such use.
1.4. The certificate is valid exclusively for purchases on the Healthy Choice healthy sweets store website or through the Seller’s official sales channels.
2. Purchase and Use of the Gift Certificate
2.1. Gift certificates are available in the following denominations:
500 UAH / 1,000 UAH / 2,000 UAH / 3,000 UAH / 5,000 UAH
2.2. The gift certificate can be purchased online on the Seller’s website. After payment, the gift certificate is sent to the specified email address with a unique code for redemption.
2.3. The gift certificate is activated automatically upon payment. Its validity period begins at the time of activation.
2.4. The gift certificate may be used once when placing a single order. If the order total exceeds the gift certificate’s face value, the buyer may pay the difference using any available payment method.
2.5. If the order total is less than the certificate’s face value, the difference will not be refunded, carried over, or paid out in cash or any other form of compensation.
2.6. A single certificate cannot be used in part or in multiple stages.
2.7. Upon use of the certificate, its code is considered void, and the certificate itself is deemed redeemed.
3. Validity Period
3.1. The validity period of a gift certificate is 1 year from the date of purchase.
3.2. Upon expiration, the certificate is considered invalid and cannot be extended or reinstated.
3.3. Certificates not redeemed during their validity period are not compensated, and the amount is not refunded.
4. Returns and Restrictions
4.1. The certificate may not be returned, exchanged for cash, or replaced with a certificate of a different denomination.
4.2. In the event of a return of goods purchased using a certificate, the portion paid with the certificate will not be refunded.
5. Other Terms
5.1. If a certificate is lost or damaged (including loss of the code), it cannot be replaced, and the Seller is not liable for its reuse by other persons.
5.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept a certificate in the event of doubts regarding its authenticity or a technical error in the code.
5.3. The purchase and/or use of a certificate automatically constitutes the Buyer’s/Holder’s acceptance of these rules.
5.4. The Seller has the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on the official website.
