(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is managed by L.P. Martynyuk, a sole proprietor, EDRPOU code 2572701463, a legal entity registered and operating in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian law (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company treats the confidential (personal) information of all individuals, without exception, who have visited the Website, as well as those who use the services provided by the Website, with the utmost respect; Accordingly, the Company strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified), thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Site’s services for every user.
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) establishes the procedures by which the Company processes personal data, the types of personal data collected, the Company’s interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, the conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for users regarding accessing, modifying, blocking, or deleting their personal data and addressing any questions you may have regarding our personal data protection practices.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
The owner and controller of the personal data of the Site’s users is L.P. Martynyuk, Sole Proprietor. When a user utilizes the Site’s services, the Company processes the user’s data, specifically:
data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and during the use of the services;
cookies;
IP addresses;
and web browser parameters and settings (User-Agent).

All logins to the system are recorded when you visit the Site. Other information regarding user traffic is not processed or stored.

Processing of Personal Data
The processing and storage of the provided personal data takes place in data centers where the equipment that supports the Website’s services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Data Database or in a separate table within the Website’s database.
Purposes of Using Personal Data

Retention Period for Personal Data
Personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of its processing. Once a data subject ceases to be a user of the Website by deleting their account on the Website, their personal data is also automatically deleted.

The disclosure of personal data without the consent of the data subject or a person authorized by the data subject is permitted in cases specified by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic well-being, and human rights.
Conditions for Access to Personal Data
The procedure for third parties to access personal data is determined by the terms of the user’s consent provided to the data controller for the processing of such data, or in accordance with the requirements of the law.
A user has the right to obtain any information about themselves from any party involved in personal data-related matters, provided that the user specifies their last name, first name, and patronymic; place of residence (current location); and the details of the identification document of the individual making the request, except in cases established by law.
The user’s access to their own data is provided free of charge.
Delaying a user’s access to their personal data is not permitted. Delaying access to the personal data of third parties is permitted if the necessary data cannot be provided within thirty calendar days from the date the request is received. However, the total time required to resolve the issues raised in the request may not exceed forty-five calendar days.
The third party who submitted the request must be notified of the deferral in writing, along with an explanation of the procedure for appealing such a decision.
A decision to postpone or deny access to personal data may be appealed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or through the courts.
Rights of the Data Subject
The Company hereby informs you of your rights as a data subject, as regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data,” namely:
1) to know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, the purpose of its processing, and the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data, or to authorize designated persons to obtain this information on your behalf, except in cases established by law;
2) to receive information regarding the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred;
3) to access your personal data;
4) to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request—except as provided by law—a response indicating whether personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
5) to submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of their personal data;
6) to submit a reasoned request to any data controller or processor to amend or delete their personal data if such data is being processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
7) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, or damage resulting from intentional concealment, failure to provide, or untimely provision of such data, as well as to protect against the disclosure of information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;
8) to file complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;
9) to seek legal remedies in the event of a violation of personal data protection laws;
10) to include reservations regarding restrictions on the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
11) to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) to be informed of the mechanism for the automated processing of personal data;
13) to be protected against automated decisions that have legal consequences.
To update, access, modify, block, or delete your personal data; to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data that you have provided to the Company in accordance with this Policy; or if you have anycomments, suggestions, or complaints regarding your personal data processed by the Company, please contact the Company via the “Contacts” page.
Changes to the Policy
Changes and additions may be made to this Policy periodically and without prior notice to the user, including in the event of changes to legal requirements.
In the event of material changes to this Policy, the Company will post a notice on the Website and specify the effective date of such changes. If you do not opt out of these changes in writing within the specified period, this will mean that you agree to the relevant changes to the Policy.
