BEAN TO BAR HANDCRAFTED CHOCOLATE

We craft our chocolate using the bean-to-bar method — controlling every single step: from sourcing the finest cacao beans to creating the final bar! 🌱

We select the best beans from top plantations in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, temper them gently, and melange for a full 72 hours. All to create that one and only perfect healthy bar. 💖🍫

And we apply the same philosophy to every other ingredient: we import it directly or make it ourselves at our own facility. Each product is made with love and deep respect for quality. We care about every bite. 🤗💞

"It was founded by two friends — Ella (a certified nutritionist) and Victoria (a food blogger), who dreamed of combining pleasure and health in one sweet treat. They recreated the nostalgic childhood flavours using the finest ingredients they personally import from around the world. It works wonderfully for the lungs, promotes quick recovery, and helps relieve pain and itching in the throat," adds Ella.

We intentionally never use industrial cocoa mass,

because 95% of it contains white sugar, lecithin, flavour enhancers and other additives. Not only do they “clutter” the body, they also distort the pure terroir flavour of fine aromatic cacao beans.

Healthy Choice means choosing healthy food without giving up the things you love.

Our products come with raw material quality certificates from the supplier. After production, they undergo additional laboratory testing in Ukraine and receive certificates of conformity and official test protocols.

The final product is manufactured in accordance with technical specifications approved by OdesaStandardMetrology, at a certified facility: ISO 22000:2019.
