Return & Refund Policy
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, food products of proper quality and with valid shelf life are not eligible for return or exchange.
Food products of improper quality (defective, spoiled) can be exchanged or returned if the issue was caused by the seller’s failure to comply with sales conditions.
This applies only if the product was initially defective — not damaged during shipping or warehouse storage.
Please inspect your parcel at the post office or in the presence of the courier. If you received the wrong item, or your package is damaged or incomplete — take photos, refuse the delivery, and contact us at +380662899654.
If the return is initiated by the customer and the product is of proper quality, the refunded amount will be reduced by 2.2% (Wayforpay commission for online payments).
If payment was made via direct bank transfer — the full amount is refunded.
For orders over 2000 UAH with free shipping, the customer covers round-trip delivery costs.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, Article 9:
You may return a product within 14 days of purchase if it doesn’t suit you or is of poor quality.
You may also exchange it for another product from our assortment.

Return process:
Our manager will contact you within 1 business day.
Refunds are issued based on the purchase-day price.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
