Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions — Healthy Choice

1. General Provisions

1.1. A Healthy Choice Gift Certificate is an electronic card of a fixed value, which can be used to fully or partially pay for items at Healthy Choice’s online store. It cannot be used for discounted products or other certificates unless otherwise stated.

1.2. The buyer can transfer the certificate to other individuals, bearing responsibility for informing them about its expiration and use terms.

1.3. Healthy Choice is not responsible for any unauthorized use by third parties.

1.4. Valid only on healthychoice.com.ua and official sales channels.

 

2. Purchase & Use

2.1. Denominations: 500 / 1000 / 2000 / 3000 / 5000 UAH.

2.2. Certificate is sent by email after payment, with a unique code.

2.3. It is activated automatically. Valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

2.4. Can be used once for one order. If the total exceeds the certificate value — the difference can be paid. If the amount is less — the remaining balance is not refunded.

2.5. Partial use is not possible. Once applied, the certificate is considered used.

 

3. Returns & Restrictions

3.1. Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

3.2. In case of returns, the portion paid with a certificate is non-refundable.

 

4. Other Terms

4.1. Lost or damaged certificates (including codes) cannot be restored.

4.2. Healthy Choice reserves the right to reject a certificate if there are doubts about its authenticity.

4.3. Purchasing or using a certificate constitutes agreement with these terms.
