Types of Dragées by Healthy Choice

Dragées are small-sized candies in the form of balls. Their production at our facility uses innovative technology — a special method of chocolate preparation for all branded products.

The company buys cocoa beans only from top plantations in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. Healthy Choice does not use pre-made cocoa mass. First, the beans are processed under controlled temperature, then conched for 72 hours.

This process helps preserve all the useful properties of the chocolate.

The filling for the dragées is Italian non-roasted hazelnuts. The chocolate coating comes in different flavors:

• raspberry
• milky white
