According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172, food products with proper shelf life and of good quality are not subject to exchange or return.

Food products of inadequate quality (defective, spoiled) may be returned or exchanged if their quality deteriorated due to the seller’s failure to comply with sales conditions.

This applies to cases where the product was initially defective and not damaged during transportation or storage at the carrier’s warehouse.

Please check your parcel at the post office or in the presence of the courier. If you receive the wrong item, or your order is damaged or incomplete, take a photo, refuse to accept it, and contact us at: +380662899654.

If the return is made at the customer’s request and the product is of proper quality, the refundable amount will be reduced by 2.2% (Wayforpay commission when paying via the website).

If the payment was made via bank transfer, the full amount will be refunded.

If the order total was over 2000 UAH and delivery was free, the customer must pay for shipping both ways.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” Article 9:

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of purchase if it does not suit you or is of poor quality.
You may also exchange the item for a similar one or choose another product from our range.

Return conditions:

– You followed the storage conditions for the product.
– You have proof of purchase.

– Full name, address, and phone number.
– A brief description of the reason for return or exchange.
– A photo or video of the item you wish to return or exchange.
– A photo or document confirming the purchase.
– If you want to exchange the item, please specify which product you want in return.
– Your bank account details for the refund (if applicable).

Return procedure:

– Within 1 business day after receiving your request, our manager will contact you with a decision.
– The refund is based on the price of the item on the purchase date.
– Shipping costs for returning the item are covered by the customer.
